As further background, I was bitten by a gopher at Disneyland in California around 1956. I'd won a promotion from the Newspaper I delivered of a free day at Disneyland. After I was bitten I went to the first aid station for a bandage. They were worried about Rabies, but I told them I had been the aggressor not the gopher!
Welcome to Mimi of the Mountains, the blog formerly known as the Adventures of Mimi and Miguel. A native Texan, Mimi now finds herself living near the Smoky Mountains and enjoying her new adventures there. Thankfully, Texas is not the only state with crickets, and Mimi continues her pursuit of cricket-leg-removal-as-entertainment while her staff is away for the day. Feel free to browse the blog, leave a comment, or lurk, if you like.

Bitten by a rodent? I have.
Really Dad? When!? And it WAS the "Bitten by a Squirrel Club," but we might need to broaden our membership appeal a bit to include all rodents.
