So the chimichurri? That recipe hasn't seen it's last days in my household...not by far. Used it to marinate chicken to grill, and it was really good. Allrecipes is my favorite website ever.
How hot is it? Whenever I have seen them make it on FoodNetworkTV, there are lots of peppers and such in it, so I never tried it. You know me...Taco Bell mild sauce is about as far as I go. LOL! But I might be willing to try yours...
Welcome to Mimi of the Mountains, the blog formerly known as the Adventures of Mimi and Miguel. A native Texan, Mimi now finds herself living near the Smoky Mountains and enjoying her new adventures there. Thankfully, Texas is not the only state with crickets, and Mimi continues her pursuit of cricket-leg-removal-as-entertainment while her staff is away for the day. Feel free to browse the blog, leave a comment, or lurk, if you like.

Love, Mom
It's actually not spicy - the only peppers in it are roasted sweet red peppers. I think you might like it.
